The ISPS Local group Slovenia was established in May 2005. It is part of the international society for the psychological treatment of the schizophrenias and other psychoses.

Its interdisciplinary way of working brings together psychiatrists, psychologist, work therapists, medical staff and others who work with people who have psychoses. The group’s members are also patients and their relatives.

The aim of the group is to organise therapy groups for patients and their relatives, supervision groups for professionals, educate the patients, their relatives and professionals.

Since the beginning of its establishment the Slovenian group is very active in organising meetings. All the meetings are very well attended and attracted various professionals who treat psychosis in Slovenia.
